Stonkus out at BCF

Jim Stonkus is now the former president and CEO of the Barberton Community Foundation.

After an executive session, the BCF Board of Directors voted to let Stonkus go.

“With the new strategic plan it was a natural progression,” stated board chair Michael Chisnell, Sept. 7. “So the board parted ways with Jim today.”

This truly is unreal. Jim is home grown and a true Barbertonian. He has done a great job. There has to be a hidden agenda by the board. What are they up to? This needs to be looked into.

Look into the board! This board is full of people who do not work in town, do not attend town functions, and send kids to private schools.
