Magics go to 9-0 with easy win at Kent **Video**

The Magics moved to 9-0 (5-0 Suburban League) with a 48-7 win at Kent.

Kyree Young ran for 124 yards on 10 carries and scored three touchdowns. The sophomore also moved into second in the Magics’ single-season rushing list on his first run.

Kaeleb Vega scored twice, first on a 69-yard reception from Chase Haywood, then on a 19-yard run. Gavin Krska scored on a 35-yard interception return and Haywood found Joe Johnstone on a 79-yard touchdown for the final score. Haywood completed five-of-six passes for 192 yards.

Next, the Magics look to complete their second straight perfect season when they host 8-1 Highland Friday, Oct. 26 at 7 p.m.

    Just a correction. The last touchdown pass was caught by Amir Epps-Clark, not Joe Johnstone

    Another miserable rainy cold night but a good win. Sorry about the coach but urban Meyer got suspended and Ohio State did fine. GO MAGICS!!
