On March 2, Barberton High School sophomore Tuba player Tristan Vang performed at the first annual Kent State Brass Day. While there, Tristan had the chance to work with the Kent State brass faculty, members of the Barclay Brass group from Washington D.C., and perform in a large brass ensemble made up of high school brass students throughout Northeast Ohio.
