Statewide search for Ohio girl continues
Herald Staff Writer
Madison Bell is an 18-year-old McClain High School senior from Greenfield, Ohio who hasn’t been seen since she left her home early Sunday morning, according to police. Reports say she told her mother, Melissa Bell, “I’m going to tan, I’ll be right back!” But she never returned.
Madison’s car was found abandoned in a church parking lot near the tanning salon with her phone on the driver seat and keys left in the ignition. Hundreds of volunteers have spent numerous hours searching for the missing teen.
Madison is white, with brown hair and eyes (although according to police, she may be wearing blue or grey contacts). She is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and 125 pounds. She was last seen wearing a t-shirt and black leggings, a black North Face jacket and brown sandals. She has a tattoo of a cross on her neck and a ghost on her side.
According to police, it’s possible she could be traveling in a white Nissan sedan with California license plates. If anyone sees Madison or may know of her whereabouts, call 911 or the Highland County Sheriff’s Office at 937-393-1421.
