The second suspect in the June 14 murder of North High School graduate Na’Kia Crawford surrendered to police June 23.
Accompanied by his attorney, Jaion Bivins, 18, turned himself in shortly after midnight. He is charged with obstructing justice and tampering with evidence; he was given a summons and released.
Janisha George, 24, of Tallmadge, had already turned herself in; she was also charged with obstruction of justice.
This leaves suspected gunman Adarus Black, 17, as the sole remaining suspect at large.
