Morehead special guest on 91.9 FM

Herald reporter Bob Morehead will be a guest during the Morning Drive on Barberton’s only radio station July 2, starting at 7:30 a.m.

Bob was asked to come in and talk about his three-part series in The Barberton Herald, “A matter of black and white.” Part 2 hits the stands this week with a cover date of July 2.

A Barberton native, Barberton High School graduate of 1981 and a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Bob worked for The Herald from 1999 to 2006 and then for The Post Newspapers from 2009 to last March. He returned to The Herald in April of this year.

Heartfelt Radio, WKJA 97.7 FM,  was purchased by Christian Healthcare Ministries in November of 2018.

Following a 12-month construction process at the former Portage School in Barberton, and the transmitter site in Creston, WKJA is on the air at 91.9 FM.

Heartfelt Radio is dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and presenting uplifting music and quality Christian programming for the entire family.

The studio is at 800 Wooster Road North.

    terrible organization with zero respect for the neighborhoods they took over. so much green space and trees cut down for a selfish cause. Jesus is rolling over in his grave
