John William Wokojance passed away at the age of 60, in Akron July 17. He was born Dec. 8, 1961 in Barberton to Gary A. Wokojance and Judith Bradley Wokojance. He joined the Navy got to see the world, then fell in love got married but divorced they remained good friends. John enjoyed bowling, baseball, fishing with his boys and golfing with bruce and he loved to play the lottery he loved his life and all that were in it. He helped who he could served his Country. He is preceded by his parents: Gary and Judith Wokojance, Sibilings: Gary Jr. Wokojance, Bradley Wokojance and Nicki Wokojance Lampley. He is survived by his EX-wife Robin Paisley their children: Sharon M. Wokojance, John W. L. Wokojance and Jason D. Wokojance. grandchildren: Emri, Lucian, Serenity, Victoria and Ethan Taylor. Siblings: Cheryl Crater, Judi Wokojance, Cathy Wokojance Riggle (Bruce) and Sam Wokojance and many nephews, nieces and great-nephews and nieces. Services will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Seville, OH 44273, Aug. 9, at 2:15 p.m. John will be missed by those who knew and loved him. He was a good husband, father, son, brother and friend. Gone but never forgotten. We are planning a celebration of life gathering for all to come. It will be at the Summit County Fair Grounds, Monday, Aug. 15 at 5 p.m. We ask that everyone bring a dish and drinks and share your stories with us.
